Mixing Procedure:
1. Weigh then add all ingredients to a sigma-type mixer. Mix 3-4 min.
2. Dump mixture and scale as needed.
Up Procedure:
1. To prepare a beverage, add 30 gr of beverage mix to 170 gr of cold soy milk with agitation.
2. Continue blending mixture until texture is smooth and creamy.
